Residents prepare to call time on The Phene’s “awful awning” garden roof plan

Residents and The Chelsea Society have joined forces to oppose the planning application from The Phene pub (built in 1853) in Phene Street SW3 to “effectively destroy” its garden by erecting a three metre high permanent awning.
