Three parked cars were written off in Lots Road night (8th June) in what appears to be smash and drive off by a rogue driver.
The three cars were parked in residents’ bays near the entrance to the Power House. Memo notes from the Met Police have been left on each car.
The Citizen has contacted local police and urged them to acquire CCTV footage from nearby cameras at the Power House and along Lots Road in the hope of identifying the driver.
We are also appealing for residents to see if they have any door bell camera footage that may help find the driver of the car that caused the damage.
Up-date (11th June): Police have confirmed that a man was arrested in connection with the damage to the cars and charged with drunk driving. He was seen driving erratically by a police team in Lots Road soon after the collisions and taken immediately arrested.
